In this video I show just another edition of a means to calibrate your backbone that’s a means to alleviate tension and stiffness in the lower back region.
All you will need is a fitness ball and a buckle.
Hold times may change but attempt 30-45 sec grip using a 15-30 sec break for around 5 minutes to get started.
